Union County Freeholder Chairman Angel G. Estrada (C), Union County Prosecutor Theodore J. Romankow (L) and Victor M. Richel, President of the Friends of the Union County Child Advocacy Center, sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Union, its Prosecutor’s Office and the Friends Of The Child Advocacy Center of Union County, Inc. to coordinate payment for site acquisition, construction and associated professional costs for a New Child Advocacy Center. The Freeholder Board committed $2 million toward the $4.5 million project, which would replace the current center located on Westfield Avenue in Elizabeth. |
